Terms
These terms apply when you use the Dashral website, create an account, use the hosted Pro dashboards, or buy Dashral Pro. What you may do with the code itself is in the License.

Who we are
Dashral is made and sold by Hasral Gana, an individual developer based in Indonesia(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@dashral.com.
Your account
- An account is free. It unlocks live previews of the Pro blocks and, once you buy, the Pro source.
- Give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
- One account per person. Don't share it, and don't create accounts automatically.
- You can delete your account in its settings at any time. An account with a purchase is deleted with us by email, so your license isn't lost by accident.
Buying Pro
- Prices are in US dollars, shown on the pricing page, and paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Polar is our merchant of record. Polar (polar.sh) sells Pro to you on our behalf: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT your country requires, and sends the receipt and invoice. Its checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
- Prices may change, for example as the catalog grows. A change never affects what you've already bought.
- Refunds follow the refund policy: in full within 14 days.
Access and delivery
Right after payment, the email you bought with gets:
- Read access to the private GitHub repository, for the GitHub account you connect through Polar after paying, with every update for as long as Dashral Pro is maintained.
- The Pro source on this site, when you sign in with that email.
- The hosted Pro dashboards, opened from your account here.
If something doesn't arrive, write to hello@dashral.com. Access belongs to the license: it ends with a refund, or if the license is breached.
The hosted dashboards
The hosted Pro dashboards are a shared demo for buyers to try every feature. Others see what you add there, and the data is reset from time to time. Don't enter real customer data, secrets or anything private. The demo may be paused for maintenance; your copy of the code never depends on it.
Acceptable use
When you use the site or the hosted dashboards, don't:
- break the law, or upload anything you don't have the right to share;
- try to get around sign-in or the Pro checks, or reach other people's data;
- overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or probe it for weaknesses without asking us first;
- send spam or harmful content through invitations, chat or any other feature.
Found a security problem? Tell us at hello@dashral.com and give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
No warranty
We work hard to make Dashral solid, accessible and well documented, and we fix the problems you report. Still, the code and the site are provided “as is”: we don't promise they're free of errors, fit every purpose, or always available. You're responsible for reviewing, testing and securing what you build and ship with them.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from Dashral. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Dashral Pro in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Ending access
You can stop using Dashral and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the license, after telling you why when we can. Sections that by their nature should last, such as no warranty, liability and governing law, continue after access ends.
Changes
We may update these terms as Dashral changes. The date at the top shows the current version; when a change matters for buyers, we'll email them before it takes effect. Purchases are always governed by the license you bought under.
Governing law
These terms and the license are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If we disagree, let's first try to settle it by email; otherwise the courts of Indonesia decide, without taking away the protection the consumer law of your own country gives you.
