Dashral Free is open source under the MIT License. Dashral Pro is a one-time license: build as many websites and apps with it as you like, for yourself or for clients, under your own brand. This page explains it in plain words; the full license text at the end is what applies.

Dashral Free
The components, the shadcn registry, the free dashboard templates and the free blocks are MIT licensed. Use them in personal and commercial projects, change them, and ship them, at no cost. The MIT License asks one thing: keep its copyright and license notice in copies of the source code. Nothing needs to be shown to your users.
Pro plans
Every plan includes every Pro dashboard, app and block, and every update. Plans differ in how many developers may use the code and whether you may build a paid SaaS product with it. Each plan is a one-time payment.

What you can do
- Build an unlimited number of end products: websites and apps in which Dashral Pro is one part of a larger work, for yourself or for clients.
- Change the code in any way, and host it wherever you like.
- Charge clients for building, hosting or running their end product.
- Ship under your own brand. Replace the Dashral name and logo with yours (the README's “Make it yours” shows where); no credit to Dashral is required anywhere in your product.
- Hand a finished end product to a client, who may use, change and host it.
- Keep using the version you have forever, whether or not you take later updates.
What you can't do
- Sell, share or give away the code, changed or not, as a template, theme, UI kit, boilerplate or starter, free or paid.
- Publish the source code where others can download it: a public repository, a package, a gist. An open-source app built on Pro would do this, so it isn't allowed.
- Build a product that competes with Dashral Pro.
- Give the repository, or copies of the code, to developers your plan doesn't cover.
A client who receives an end product may not take the Pro code out of it for other work; building more products needs their own license.
Paid SaaS
A paid SaaS product is one that its end users pay to use, by subscription, by usage or for access. Building one needs the Extended plan. These don't count as paid SaaS, so every plan covers them:
- An internal tool or admin panel used by your own team or a client's staff.
- A client's dashboard you're paid to build or run, even when that client sells something else.
- A free app, a marketing site, a store's back office.
If a product built on Personal or Team starts charging its users, upgrade to Extended before it does.
Adding developers
A developer is anyone who works with the Pro code or has access to the repository. When your team grows past your plan, or you need paid SaaS, upgrade by paying the difference between your plan and the new one at today's prices. Write to hello@dashral.com from the email you bought with, and we'll send you a checkout for the difference.

This license covers Dashral Pro (the "Software"): the source code, documentation and assets in this
repository. Parts of the Software are also published in the free Dashral repository
(https://github.com/hasralgana/dashral); those parts remain available under the MIT License from that
repository. Open-source packages the Software depends on remain under their own licenses.
1. LICENSE GRANT
When you buy a Dashral Pro plan, Hasral Gana grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use, copy and modify the Software to build End Products, for the number of developers in your plan:
- Personal: 1 developer
- Team: up to 5 developers
- Extended: unlimited developers within one company
An "End Product" is a website or application in which the Software is one part of a larger work, not the
product itself. You may build an unlimited number of End Products, for yourself or for clients.
2. PAID SOFTWARE-AS-A-SERVICE
With the Personal and Team plans, an End Product may not be a software-as-a-service product that end users pay
to use (for example by subscription). Charging a client for building or running their own End Product is
allowed. The Extended plan also allows End Products that end users pay to use.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a. sell, share, sublicense or redistribute the Software, or a modified version of it, as a template, theme,
UI kit, boilerplate, starter kit or similar product, whether free or paid;
b. publish the Software's source code in a public repository or anywhere else it can be downloaded;
c. use the Software to build a product that competes with Dashral Pro;
d. give access to this repository, or copies of the Software, to people outside the developers covered by
your plan.
4. CLIENTS
You may hand an End Product over to a client. The client may use, modify and host that End Product, but may not
take the Software out of it for any other use. Building further End Products requires the client's own license.
5. UPDATES
Your plan includes updates to the Software for as long as Dashral Pro is maintained. Access to this
repository may be removed if you breach this license.
6. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you breach it. You must then stop using the Software and delete your copies,
except in End Products already delivered to clients before the breach.
7. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS
IN THE SOFTWARE.
